Fishing in Manali

The joy ride will take travellers at an altitude of 13,000 feet, over snow-capped peaks of the Himalayas, offering a stunning birds-eye view. 
It’s important to note that the heli-taxi service will be subject to harsh weather conditions in Himachal, as snowstorms and unpredictable blizzards are not uncommon here. Low visibility and high-velocity winds will be some of the biggest challenges on board.
 
The six-seater helicopters will cover the 50 km distance between Manali and Rohtang Pass in around 10 minutes. Rohtang Pass is known for its stunning mountain views being one of the highest mountain passes of the Eastern Pir Panjal Range and is majorly instrumental in connecting the Kullu Valley with the Spiti Valley of Himachal Pradesh.

Most of us have visited Manali a number of times but all of us are fed up with those crowded roads, commercialisation on Mall Road and a lot of hustle-bustle as it has become a very common tourist destination for North Indians.
Usually these days we have seen a trend that we always look for destinations where we can spend some time peacefully that is close to nature and away from these typical destinations. We might be wrong in our opinion but people we are surrounded by or we personally always opt for it. 
Tirthan Valley is one of our choices to spend our long weekend with nature. It is one of the best offbeat destinations.

The journey to the Tirthan Valley [510 km, approx. 12 hours] begins in the morning from Delhi to Tirthan Valley by road. 
Evening arrival at Tirthan valley (Gushaini)

Drive to the Valley

Delhi to Tirthan Valley 

Go for a drive down to the riverside guest house/ camp. Some time is offered for relaxing and acclimatization. A couple of hours are offered here at leisure by the riverside. You can indulge in some water activities – such as river crossing – here itself.

Local Sightseeing

Go for a 2 km climb to the waterfall. The waterfall is a beautiful site for bathing and enjoying. 
Later, you will be transferred back to the Hotel/Camp. Dinner and night stay are offered at the hotel.

After a delicious breakfast in the hotel, you will be taken for a drive to the Jalori Pass. Here you can enjoy the stunning 360° view of the Great Himalayas and the Kullu Valley. 

Jalori Viewpoint 

Go for a trek to Serolsar Lake – a place famous for its temple devoted to Goddess Budhi Nagin. 
Later in the evening, you will be taken back to the hotel. Enjoy a bonfire with light music and snacks. 
Dinner and night stay are offered at the hotel.

After breakfast check out from the hotel and get a transfer back to Delhi. 
Tour ends with the drop at Delhi and with memories of a memorable trip to Tirthan valley.

Delhi to Manali and back via a Volvo

Around 5 pm start from Delhi Volvo Station (Majnu ka Tila/Kashmiri gate) and enjoy a Volvo ride to Manali. It is a total journey of 585 km and will be an overnight journey.
Around 10pm will stop for dinner at a restaurant where you can have dinner (at your own expense). After dinner proceed to Manali. 
Early morning arrival at Manali Volvo stand where you will meet our driver who will take you to the hotel.

Arrive at the Hotel around 12pm.
In the afternoon, go sightseeing of various places in and around Manali, like Hadimba Devi Temple, clubhouse, Vashisth hot water spring, Tibetan monastery and famous eating and shopping zone of Manali Mall road.
After that drive back to the hotel. O/N in hotel

After breakfast, excursion to the valley of adventure Solang valley which is known for the best adventure sports place of the Himachal Pradesh where you can do the paragliding from 14000 ft height and see the beauty of the valley from the sky and you can do snow skiing, snow rafting, snow scooter (in winter only) and cable car etc.

After breakfast, check out from the hotel, and proceed to Kullu sightseeing where you can take the experience of water adventure sports like river rafting at Beas river, afterwards visit Naggar castle, Rorich art gallery and evening come back to Manali Volvo stand

Around 4pm leave from Manali to Delhi by Volvo.
Overnight journey, and next day morning Volvo will drop you at Delhi (Kashmiri gate/Majnu ka Tila) and proceed to your destination on your own.
